30-Day Return Window
iFilters accepts return or exchange requests within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for return.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Unused Systems (Full Refund):
The system must be unused and returned with all original components, including filter media, in original packaging. Eligible returns will receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs, if applicable). - Used but Undamaged Systems (50% Restocking Fee):
Systems that have been installed or used but are returned in undamaged condition may be accepted with a 50% restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Parts
We aim to ensure every order arrives complete and in working condition. If your system arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will work with you to assess the issue and provide support, which may include replacement parts or a replacement unit where appropriate. We’re committed to resolving product issues quickly and encourage customers not to hesitate in reaching out for assistance.

- Used replacement filters are not eligible for return.
