If you’re not satisfied with your iFilters purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase. Unused systems in original packaging are eligible for a full refund. Used systems may be returned if undamaged, though a restocking fee may apply.
Some items are non-returnable, including custom or special-order systems, installed or used filters, and other perishable products. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
